The following items are not replaceable in AU/US/UK regions:
Theft deterrent stickers
Swann battery (e.g., SONVW-600BATT) – currently out of stock globally
CR2 / AA / AAA batteries
Built-in parts of a camera or accessory (e.g., lens, internal board, internal mic)
Mounting screws (not guaranteed, confirm case by case)
Printed user manuals
Printed Quick Start Guides (QSGs)
Spare parts are only replaceable if they are part of the original kit and stock is available.
Consumables such as batteries are not replaceable.
3PL Warehouses (third-party logistics): no repairs, replacement or return only.
If stock is not available, an upgrade option should be offered through the Sales team.
Recorders, system cameras, standalone cameras, and accessories with SKUs are typically replaceable (if stock is available).
Common accessories such as BNC, LAN, Ethernet, HDMI cables, HDDs, fans, adapters, mice, and mounting brackets may be replaced depending on availability.
